The Manchester Golf Club

Set in over 240 acres (over one square kilometre) the course is predominantly moorland in character but with heathland and parkland features – when you play this course you will find yourself surrounded by scenic, rural views. Setting out from the elevated first tee, players journey across 18 holes, each of which seems set in its own space. 4 par fives, 10 par fours and 4 par three holes make-up a beautifully balanced course that challenges the very best. Blue, while, yellow, red and gold tees provide different the opportunity for everyone to enjoy our magnificent layout. The course was designed by Harry Shapland Colt, one of the foremost golf course architects of his time who participated in the design or redesign of over 300 golf courses (115 on his own) in all six inhabited continents, including those at Wentworth Club, Sunningdale, Muirfield, Royal Portrush, and Royal Liverpool.
